Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

Monde Trend offers international shipping to most countries.

Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. may be subject to charges, duties, taxes, or additional fees determined by the local customs office of the destination country. Any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for accurate information on taxes and fees for international orders.

International Returns

M-Trend & CO extends the same 30-day return policy to all orders shipped outside the U.S. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, fees, VAT, and taxes that may be incurred when returning items to M-Trend & CO. We do not accept returns with COD.

If any fees, VAT, or taxes were paid to the carrier upon receipt of the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to request any refunds.

In the event a package is refused at customs by the customer, or if a customer is unavailable to accept the package from the carrier, and M-Trend & CO incurs any return shipping charges, taxes, VAT, or duties, the customer will be responsible for all expenses related to the outbound and return shipping of the package. This amount will be deducted from the original sale price when the refund is processed.

We recommend using UPS or FedEx for returning items to us; however, the choice of carrier is at the customer's sole discretion.
